ORDER MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATION
Orders are processed for shipment within 24 hours of order placement. Order changes, address changes, or cancellations must be made within 24 hours. Please email email@example.com if you need to change your order.
When you place an order, please double-check your shipping address is correct and complete.
If you move, it is always wise to complete a change of address form at the post office. This will enable them to forward any mail you receive to your old address.
Any cancellation made after an order has been placed will be subject to a cancellation fee of $1.00 regardless of the time the order has been placed (even if it is just a second later) as the merchant processor or credit card charges us a fee for cancellations.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDER
We try our best to ensure product quality and accuracy, but sometimes mistakes happen, and we sincerely apologize in advance if or when they happen.
If either of these rare occurrences happens to you, please take a clear photo of the item(s) and email it to us within 7 days of receiving your order, along with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once we receive your email and verify the issue, we will send a replacement immediately.
ORDER NOT RECEIVED
If your item has not arrived within 30 days after placing your order, please contact email@example.com, and we will take care of it.
Mio Joe is not responsible for delivery delays. Delay in delivery is not grounds for refunds.
Mio Joe is not responsible if a package is undelivered because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect shipping information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation email sent immediately after ordering.
Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer. We are also not responsible for failed deliveries due to the addressee not being home during delivery.
RETURNS (30 DAYS MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE)
Our return policy is effective for 30 days after receiving your product.
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and send instructions.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item.
Please provide the return tracking number, which can be found on your receipt upon package drop-off.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, the purchase price (excluding shipping charges) will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Please contact the card-issued bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
